We’re delighted to have won the KNX UK 2022 award for Residential Project of the Year with our Surrey Barn Conversion Project.

We used the KNX open protocol to ensure that the owners of this passive house can get the best return on their investment in efficiency comfort and wellbeing.

The owners of this property selected New Land Solutions to design and install their home automation system after visiting the Jung showroom in London and experiencing the KNX building system technology showcased there.
