An extension of a clients main house. We installed a Unifi network, 75” Samsung ... outdoor TV, a CYP RX/TX to link to the main house matrix, @Control4 user interface via Neeo remote and 3 pairs of Triad outdoor speakers.

In collaboration with Habitech Limited, we specified Yamaha Professional Audio VXL1W24 line array column speakers with subwoofers and amplifiers. The client, a storage and maintenance facility for classic and contemporary cars, wanted a high-end entertainment solution in their concierge reception. We installed a 3m wide-screen LED display, paired with Meridian Audio DSP 640 in-wall speakers and seamlessly controlled with a Control4 remote. The expansive Unilumen LED wall can be used to display a single video for optimum ambience, or tiled to deliver content from multiple sources and entertain whoever is using the pool…whether it’s children’s TV or financial market live updates. Using KNX we provided optimal coordinated control for all the functions of the home, communicating seamlessly on a single network. The Savant smart home system allowed us to place the emphasis on AV for the music loving owners of the property, for a premium solution that interfaces with the building control. Surrey Farmhouse is a traditional listed farmhouse that needed an innovative approach to concealing as much of the technology as possible. KNX, teamed with Basalte, Jung and Meljac allowed us to create a complete building control infrastructure, with simple and elegant controls that were in keeping with the style of the property.
