We’re proud to share that New Land Group has been named a finalist in this year’s Smart Building Awards in the Whole House Integration Project category.A home where Control4 and KNX were brought together to create a single, seamless system. Some projects redefine what’s possible. Our latest residential commission is one of them.Spanning 29 buildings and 238 rooms, it brought together over a thousand KNX devices and more than 17,000 group addresses, making it not only the largest project we’ve ever delivered, but likely the largest residential KNX installation in the UK.Precision, scale, and seamless simplicity, all working invisibly behind the scenes.
